Click on Open an account from the home page or menu. Enter your personal information, choose a secure password and validate your registration. Your account is activated after identity verification.
Go to the login page and click on Forgot password?. Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link valid for 30 minutes.
Log in to your personal area, go to Settings then to the My profile section to update your contact details, address and phone number.
Transfers & payments
Transfers between GlobalBank accounts are instant. Transfers to other banks are processed in 1 to 2 business days depending on the institutions.
Internal transfers (between GlobalBank accounts) are free. Optional fees apply to urgent or international transfers depending on your card.
From your dashboard, go to Transactions and filter pending operations. Click on the transaction then on Cancel if the deadline allows it. After a certain time, contact our support.
Bank cards
From your personal area, go to Visa / Card and submit a request. Your card is sent to your address within 48 hours after approval.
Log in to your account, go to My cards and click on Block immediately. You can also contact our 24/7 support at +33 1 XX XX XX XX.
Go to My cards in your personal area and select Modify limits. Changes take effect immediately.
Security & fraud
Immediately block your card from the app, then contact our security team at the emergency number available in your personal area. Never share your credentials by email or phone.
No, never. GlobalBank will never ask for your password or PIN code by phone, SMS or email. Any such message is a phishing attempt.
In Settings > Security, enable the Two-step verification option. You will receive a code by SMS each time you log in from a new device.
